I’m Ekene Otugeme - a career coach, leadership mentor, and youth empowerment advocate helping you turn confusion into clarity, faith into action, and passion into purpose.

My journey has taken me through wireline engineering, project management, business operations, telecommunications, financial services, and event management industry, where I honed my skills in facilities management, business operations, and strategic planning. Along the way, I discovered my true calling: equipping young minds with the tools they need to succeed. I believe that any young person can succeed in any positive endeavor, provided they know how!

What Drives Me

I believe no one should have to choose between faith, passion, and paycheck - you can have all. That conviction guides everything I do  from one-on-one coaching to group sessions and live masterclasses. As President of the young adults and youth arm of RCCG Jesus House Port Harcourt, I lead mentorship and leadership-development programs for young adults aged 20–40, blending practical strategy with kingdom values.

I hold a degree in Engineering, and I’ve deepened my knowledge through global and local leadership platforms like the Hesselbein Global Leadership Academy (USA), Young Professionals Bootcamp (Nigeria), and United Action for Change.
